Funeral services for Alvina Frausto "Bine" Leal, age 63, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2011, with Rev. Anthony Medina and Rev. Annie Wagner officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Ricky Latham, Leeroy Luna, David Luna, Tony Gonzalez, Michael Leal and Jimmy Stansbury serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Pvt. Erik Swindell and Dr. Darren Arnecke Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, May 8, 2011 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Alvina Frausto "Bine" Leal passed away at Carriage House Manor Thursday evening, May 5, 2011. She was born in Pearsall on September 28, 1947, the daughter of Julian V. Frausto and Jessica (Novarro) Frausto. She married Alejandro E. Leal in Seymour on February 8, 1990; he survives. She was a certified nurse's aide and a member of the Full Gospel House of Prayer.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Martha Luna and Roy, of Sulphur Springs, Aurora Morris and James, of Wichita, Kansas; four sisters, Candelaria Flores and Gloria Leal, both of Seymour, Josie Hernandez of Rhineland and Mary Serrato of O'Brien; brother, Ruben Frausto of Pearsall; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Gloria Aranda; one son, Greg Aranda; three brothers and one sister.
