Charles Gray

A memorial service for Charles Gray, age 60, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Elm Ridge Church in Como at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 31, 2010, with Rev. Rick Higgins officiating.

Charles Gray passed away Wednesday morning, December 22, 2010, at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. He was born in Marianna, Arkansas on February 13, 1950, the son of Charlie Gray and Ester (Boozer) Gray. He married Doris Davis in Longview on November 21, 1977; she survives. Mr. Gray was a dairy service technician.

Other survivors include: two sons, Charles Gray of Virginia and Joshua Mathis of Hawaii; three daughters, Amanda Woodward of El Paso, Juanita "Nikki" Gray and Stephanie Gray, both of Sulphur Springs; six sisters, Clara Snyder, Barbara Robinson, Joyce Wood, Linda Tucker, Janet Kilsby and Phyllis Wilson; five brothers, Raymond Gray, Harmon Davis, Mackey Gray, Lonnie Gray and Tom Gray and four grandchildren, Lilly and Shawn Gray, Damon Nicholson and Jackson Mathis. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
