Funeral services for Donna Kay Sparkman Reed, age 68, of Como will be 10:00 am, Monday, September 7, 2009 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Plunkett and Rev. Jackie Passmore officiating. Interment will follow in Black Oak Cemetery with Justin Peek, Andrew Robinson, James Norton, Jackie Passmore, Farrell Robinertson, and Michael Ball serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be 6 till 8 pm, Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Donna Kay Sparkman Reed passed away Saturday, September 05, 2009 at her residence. She was born in Como on June 25,1941, the daughter of J.B. and Verda Nell Burns Sparkman. She married Robert Reed in Lubbock. He survives. Donna was a nurse and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Andia Reed of Como; three daughter and son-in-laws, Gwen and Jim Webb of Mt. Vernon, Robin Wells of Como, Catina and Ray Shirley of Lindale; two sisters, Patricia Plunkett of Tyler, and Patsy Sparkman Norton of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Justin Peek, Andrew Robinson, Summer Ball, Shealey Wells, Zachary Shirley, Wade Juariez, Holly Allen, and Melinda Juariez; great grandchildren, Autumn Juariez, Kade Allen, Allee Juariez, Tennley Allen, and Mylie Juariez.
She was preceded in death by parents, one grandchild, Stormie Wells.

Memorial may be made to the Cypress Basin Hospice or Black Oak Cemetery
