Dot Coker
January 25, 1917 — April 12, 2017
Graveside service for Dot Coker, age 100, of Yantis, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 14, 2017 at Yantis Cemetery with Rev. C.J. Duffy and Rev. Kyle Ray officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Dot passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab. She was born on January 25, 1917 in Black Oak, Texas, the daughter of Marion Buford and Effie (Robertson) Hampton. Dot was a member of Yantis Baptist Church and a retired seamstress.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Gamblin and Lynda Brown, both of Sulphur Springs.
