Funeral Services for Elsie Marie Darden age 70 of Arbala will be held at 10:00 am Monday in the Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in the Arbala Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Darden passed away sat. in the Hopkins county Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 11, 1941 in Claunch, New Mexico to R.A. and Eula Mae Scott Petross. She married Wyman Darden on June 7, 1958 in Hopkins County. He preceded her in death in 2004. Survivors include: 3 Daughters-Becky Selden and husband Gary of Quitman, Sheila Askins and husband Chuck of Dike, and Melissa Fouse and husband Ray of Arbala, 1 son- Autry Darden of Arbala. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, 1 infant brother , and 1 grandson.
