Florene Patridge

Funeral services for Florene Patridge, age 85, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2010, with Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Travis Patridge, John Patridge, Glenn Patridge, Charles Wilburn, Mike Williams, and Jim Moore serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Florene Patridge passed away at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital, Monday morning, August 16, 2010. She was born in Hastings, Oklahoma, on December 5, 1924, the daughter of James Bentley Hodges and Mattie Maude (Lively) Hodges. She married Clarence F. "Pat" Patridge in Sulphur Springs, on January 7, 1946. He preceded her in death in 2010. Mrs. Patridge was a retired beautician and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include: brother, Charles "Eb" Hodges of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Kimberly Nicole Seawright, Shannon Elaine Lacoe, Christen Michelle Drewry and William Patrick Neal Drewry and great-grandchildren, Cierra Williams, Layton Lacoe, Jasmyne Lacoe, Jadyn Drewry and Nathaniel Drewry. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Patti Drewry, and eight brothers and sisters.
