Fredda Lackey, age 59, of Little Rock, Arkansas, formerly of Hopkins County, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 27, 2008, at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, on November 16, 1948, the daughter of Fred and Virginia Sturdivant Prothro. She married Arthur Edward Lackey; he survives. Mrs. Lackey was a retired secretary to the dean of liberal arts at Louisiana Tech University.
