Georgina "Gina" Carleton

Georgina “Gina” Carleton, age 76, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, passed away at Carriage House Manor in Sulphur Springs, Texas, on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Gina Carleton was born on June 30, 1950, in Alameda, California, to the late Leon and Gertrude (Correia) Snider. She married the late Fred Carleton. Gina was a compassionate hospice nurse who devoted her life to caring for others. Through her work, Gina touched countless lives and left behind a legacy of love, compassion, and selfless service.

Gina is survived by her sister, Brenda Edwards; daughters, Tara Peakes and husband Steve, Tiah Beaumont and husband Craig; sons, John Carleton and wife Stephanie, Andrew and wife Samantha; grandchildren, James and Aaron Peakes, Sean and Clara Beaumont, Draco and Mattiebelle Carleton, Diana Carleton. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends from all over

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Gertrude Snider; husband, Fred Carleton; and brother, Owen Snider
