Hazel Gregor

Funeral services for Hazel Tucker Gregor, age 84, of Cumby, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday August 11, 2012 at Mt. Zion Church with Roy Ditmar, Bob Woodworth and Brother Petty officiating. Interment will follow at Emblem Cemetery with David Nichols, Benjamin Gregor, Trevor Tucker, Steve Tucker, Jason Tucker and Lance West serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday August 10, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gregor passed away at her residence Wednesday August 8, 2012. She was born in Hopkins County on July 10, 1928, the daughter of Harley Wright Tucker and Eva Lee Reed. She married Benjamin William Gregor. He preceded her in death in 1987. She was a member and the pianist at Mt. Zion Church.

Other survivors include, a son, Billy W. Gregor of Cumby; three brothers, Cullen Tucker and wife Dorothy of Cumby, James Tucker and wife Marcille of Sulphur Springs and Glendale Tucker and wife Katherine of Cumby; two sisters, Odell Tarpley of Kaufman and Fern Hill and husband Vernon of Ladonia; three grandchildren, Benjamin Gregor, Monica Cook and David Nichols and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers, Warren Tucker, Thomas Tucker and H. W Tucker and a sister, Ann Earwood.
