James Clark

Funeral services for Jim Clark, age 88, of Yantis will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 26, 2010. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery, with Gerald Heard, James Liston, Chris Robb, Tracy Clark, Cody Clark and Max Stotz serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Jim Clark passed away at his residence Thursday afternoon, July 22, 2010. He was born in Crandall, on April 19, 1922, the son of Ellis Hayden Clark and Mamie (Fuller) Clark. He married Mary G. Harwell. She preceded him in death. He married Jean Grundy. She preceded him in death. Mr. Clark was retired from wholesale office machines. He was a member of Lake Fork Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sons, Dennie Clark and wife, Sherri, of Rockwall and Scott Clark and wife, Renee, of Abilene; grandchildren, Shannon Allen, Beth Freeman and husband, Brent and Veronica Clark and great-grandchildren, Madison Allen and Kathryn Freeman. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ellis Clark and Lee Gore.
