James Linker

Funeral services for James Linker, age 65, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow services in the Peerless Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at the funeral home.

Mr. Linker passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2008, at his residence.

Survivors include: his wife, Patsy Linker; his mother, Vera Mae Linker Rawls, of Winfield; daughters, Melinda Nephew of Galveston, Paula Jenkins of Yantis, Jennifer Cotton of Royce City, Janie Linker of Allen, Deborah Kendall of Yantis, and Donna White of Arkansas; two sons, Mike Booth and Kevin Booth of Sulphur Springs; a sister, Sherry Petty of Salado; brothers, Robert Linker of Quitman and Glenn Linker of Ingram; 21 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, W.A. Linker.
