James Warren

Celebration of life for James “J.E” “Slick” Warren, age 57 of Paris, TX will be held at a later date. Mr. Warren passed away on December 4, 2021 at Christus Mother Frances- Sulphur Springs.

James was born on November 11, 1964 in in Houston, TX to James Roy and Alice Arlene (Blankenship) Warren. He worked as a rock hauler at Cantera Transport. James married Sherrie Willhite. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Paris. James was a believer in Christ. If he loved, he was close to you.

He is survived by his wife, Sherrie Willhite; sons, Roy Warren and wife, Jana and Christopher Warren; daughter, Kellie Ramos and husband, Rey; father, James Roy Warren; grandchildren, Jessica Phillips, Angelina Phillips, Elijah Ramos, Karolina Ramos, Harley Warren, Kopper Warren, Bristol Warren, Ryder Warren and Briley Webb; cousins, Carl Cullum, Holly Boykin, Maggie Melton and Lisa Alred; other numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Alice and brother, Floyd Wayland Woods “Stoney”.
