Jerry Burkholt

Jerry Don Buckholt passed away Friday, September 02, 2011 at Sunny Springs Nursing Home. He was born in Sulphur Springs, Texas on May 20, 1952, the son of Johnny Hess and Thelma Dunn Buckholt.
Survivors include, mother, Thelma Beasley; brothers, Wayne Buckholt, Larry Buckholt, Garry Buckholt, and Johnny Beasley; sisters, Kay Harrington and Rhonda Beasley; daughters, Shauna Radusky, Alisa Hurkman, Christina Buckholt, and Haley Buckholt; sons, Jerry Buckholt, Jr. and Andrew Buckholt.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Hess Buckholt, and step-father, John Beasley.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
