Jerry Chapin

A visitation and memorial service for Jerry Chapin, age 60, of Cumby, will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home, Monday, June 1, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Jerry Chapin passed away at Sunny Springs Nursing Home, on Saturday afternoon, May 30, 2009. He was born in Carrolton, on March 1, 1949, the son of Weldon Leo Chapin and Betty (Yarbrough) Chapin. He married Judy Ann Sneed in Durant, Oklahoma, on March 27, 1981; she survives. Mr. Chapin was a retired machinist for Martin Sprocket and Gear.
Other survivors include: son, Donny Chapin of Cullman, Alabama and his mother, Betty Harris of Sanger. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Patricia Arnold.
