He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Rubarts and husband, Tommy of McKinney; brothers, Donald Dodd and wife, Pamela, Richard Dodd and wife, Reba, Glenn Dodd and wife, Renee all of Sulphur Springs.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara Hoffman; brothers, Cecil Dodd and Rayford Dodd.
