Larry "Gramps" Gibbs

Larry “Gramps” Gibbs, age 78 of Sulphur Springs, Texas passed away on December 9, 2024 at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab. 

Larry was born on August 3, 1946 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Amos and Gladys ( Bangs) Gibbs. He was a truck driver. Larry loved horses. He use to do team roping in the rodeos. Larry was always having a good time and was the life of the party. He was a man of the Christian faith. 

He is survived by his son, Jason Gibbs; daughter, Wende Gibbs; grandchildren, Maci Fowler and Laci Lamb; great-grandchildren, jersey Fowler, Jabrie Fowler and Lennox Chester; brother, Lendy Gibbs. 

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Casey Chester; brother Lonnie Ray Gibbs and sister, Linda Sue Patrick.
