Graveside service for Laura Williams, age 62 of Sulphur Springs, Texas, will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Emblem Cemetery with David Burns officiating. Jared Robinson, Ronnie Wolf, Jason Williams, Joseph Shelton, Jeff Smith, and Jeremy Powell will serve as pallbearers. Jase Williams, Charles Shelton, and Richard Greer will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Williams passed away on May 12, 2026, at Medical City – Plano.

Laura was born on January 12, 1964, in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Ralph and Wanda Lee (Smith) Calhoun. She married Rickey Williams on April 29, 2004, in Emblem, Texas. Laura worked as a seamstress.

She is survived by her husband, Rickey; daughters, Shalia Self and husband, Ronnie Wolf, and Megan Robinson and husband, Jared; step-son, Jason Williams and wife, Shellie; step-daughters, Penny Randolph and Leslie Williams; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Lynda Townsend and husband, Don, and Diann Shelton; brother, Ralph Calhoun.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandra Bullard; brother-in-law, Joe Don Shelton; grandparents, Gene and Nettie Smith, and Andrew and Laura Calhoun; grandchild, Brintlee Robinson.
