Leroy Morgan

Funeral services for Leroy Neal Morgan, age 83, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 16, 2010, with Rev. Joel Tiemeyer officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Larry Hanes, Michael Hanes, John Hanes, Bruce Morgan, Arlon Morgan and Dee Morgan serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Leroy Neal Morgan passed away in North Little Rock, Arkansas on Saturday, June 12, 2010. He was born in Sulphur Springs on November 12, 1926, the son of Royce Neal Morgan and Virgie Ruth (Crump) Morgan. He married Elsie Lee Hardin; she survives. Mr. Morgan was an electronics technician specialist for FAA. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the United States Army and he was of the Baptist faith.
Other survivors include: daughter, Teresa Hanes and husband, Larry of Westford, Massachusetts; son, Bruce A. Morgan and wife, Carmen, of North Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, John Hanes and wife, Christine, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Michael Hanes and wife, Megan, of Jacksonville, Florida, Kelly Morgan of Baltimore, Maryland, Lauren and Jordan Morgan of Sherwood; brothers, Arlon Morgan and wife, Debbie, of Sulphur Springs, Miller Dee Morgan and wife Evelyn of Winnsboro; sister, Margaret Loose and husband, Dick, of Van and great-grandchildren, Nathan Hanes and Dylan Hanes of Indianapolis and Dani Hanes of Jacksonville, Florida.
