Linnie Calvert

Funeral services for Linnie Calvert, age 77, of Campbell , will be conducted at First Baptist Church in Campbell, at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2011, with Rev. Lee Huff officiating. Interment will follow at Brigham Cemetery, with Jimmy Cross, Calvin Patterson, Gary Patterson, Terry Patterson, Austin Patterson and Chad Patterson serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 18, 2011 at Peters Funeral Home in Greenville.
Linnie Christine Calvert passed away at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Thursday, July 14, 2011. She was born in Stanford on July 26, 1933, the daughter of Johnny Robert Patterson and Sarah Annis (Russell) Patterson. She married Roy Henry Calvert in Denton on July 28, 1950. He preceded her in death in 2004. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Campbell.
Survivors include: four daughters, Brenda Ariola of Lewisville, Jessie Flores of Mesquite, Sarah Calvert of Campbell and Timotha Hickman of Grand Prairie; three sons, Roy Henry Calvert, Jr., Johnnie Calvert, both of Campbell and Donald Calvert of McLean; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by seven brothers.
