Mary was born on July 26, 1944 in Cooper, TX to Claude David and Polly (McGaha) Perkins. She married Lee Chapman in Sulphur Springs, TX. Mary was a housewife.
She is survived by her husband, Lee; children, Lee Chapman Jr and wife, Diane, John Clinton Chapman and Joe Chapman and wife, Yuko; grandchildren, Lee Chapman III, William chapman, Isadora Chapman, Pearl Chapman and Jaqlynn Chapman; great grandchildren, Dani Chapman and Genesis Chapman.
Mary was preceded in death by her son, David Raymond Chapman.
