Jan was born on November 2, 1959 in Dallas, TX to James and Mary (Anderson) Dunham.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Dunaway; son, Jake Bustos; grandchildren Daniel Dunaway, Natalie Dunaway, and Hunter Dunaway; sisters, Rhonda Watson, Glenda Sasser and Kelly Brough; brother, Jimmy Dunham.
Jan was preceded in death by her parents.
