Our loving Mom, Granny, Daughter and Sister joined her Daddy in Paradise with our Lord on September 27, 2011. Mary Ann Nowlin Farmer was born on September 16, 1947 in Harlingen, Texas to Charlie Ray and Katie Mae Nowlin. She graduated from Harlingen High School in 1966 and was enjoying the friendship and good fellowship of her classmates at her 45th Class Reunion when she was taken ill.
Mary Ann moved to Sulphur Springs in 1982 with her children, Melissa and Troy. She was employed with Grocery Supply Company as their Credit Manager until October of 2010.
Mary Ann loved to travel and was able to take several trips, particularly this past year. She especially enjoyed her visits to New York and New Orleans with her good friends
But the loves and joys of her life were her grandchildren. She loved attending and supporting Cole and Jake in their ball games and golf tournaments; watching Josh play in the Sulphur Springs Band; taking the boys to all their school activities. And finally on April 19, 2010, she got her beloved granddaughter, Mallory. Almost every weekend was spent in Keller watching and helping and loving Mallory. These were Mary Ann's stars, the lights in her eyes.
