Mary Latimer

A graveside funeral service for Mary Ellen Jane Latimer, age 63, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Peerless Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., Saturday March 15, 2014, with Rev. Danny Ballard and Rev. L.D. Baxley officiating. Pallbearers are Ray Kirkpatrick, James Latimer, John Latimer, David Carey, Christian Canup, and Charles Latimer. Visitation will be held 6 till 8 pm, Friday, March 14, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Mary Ellen Jane Latimer passed away on Wednesday evening, March 12, 2014 at her residence. She was born February 11, 1951 in Shamrock, Texas, the daughter of Sam and Abbie (Patton) Latimer. She was a retired minister and was a member of the Full Gospel House of Prayer.

Survivors include: Her husband David Carey of Sulphur Springs, son Kenneth Watts of Sulphur Springs, TX,; daughter, Nevlyn Lopez of Mexico; two sisters, Ann Wagner and Phyllis Allen both of Sulphur Springs; four brothers, Wendell Latimer,, Alan Latimer,, Alvin Latimer, and Phillip Latimer; five grandchildren, Cory Watts, Devin Watts, Christian Canup, Emillio Aranda and Anna Lopez.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Latimer, and sister, Nell Kirkpatrick.
