Mary Robinson

Funeral service for Mary Nell (Tubb) Robinson, age 86, of Mt. Vernon will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel, 419 Gilmer Street, Sulphur Springs, TX with Bro. John Gandy officiating.  Interment will follow at South Liberty Cemetery with Sean English, Adam English, Gregg English, Logan English, Alan English and Lucas Robinson serving as pallbearers and Benny and Lewis Potter and Michael Coker serving as honorary pallbearers.  Visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel.  Mrs. Robinson passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 in Mt. Vernon.

Mary Nell was born on July 11, 1932 in Dike, to Tom and Georgia Tubb.  She married Milus Robinson in Sulphur Springs, TX on June 13, 1959.  Mary Nell was a homemaker and member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Milus; daughter Lou Jane Skillman and husband, Milt; son Ed Robinson and wife, Rebecca; grandchildren, Sean English, Adam English, Lucas Robinson, Dawn Weaver, Jo Layne Skillman, Alana Hill ; great grandchildren, Gregg English, Logan English, Alan English, Allison English, Emilee Johnson, Austin Davis, Preston Weaver; sister, Patsy Hilton, best friend, Patty Lopez.

Mary Nell was preceded in death by her parents.
