Nell Grubbs

Nell Grubbs was born on September 30, 1943 in Terrell, TX to Forest and Ara (Nelson) Reed. She married Richard Grubbs December 25, 1957. Nell was a home maker, worked at Berry Bowl-Café and was a housekeeper for Best Western. Her hobbies included puzzle books, cooking, going to the casino and bingo and bowling leagues. Nell really enjoyed her family reunions. She was a woman of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Grubbs passed away on April 7, 2021 at her residence.

She is survived by her daughter, Ronda Grubbs Lee; son, Glenn Grubbs; grandchildren, Summer Guerrero and husband, Kevin, and Justin Grubbs; great-great grandchildren, Richard Glenn Lee Grubbs, Daniel Morales, Axel Busby, Aleeah Guerrero, Julia Guerrero, Airel Grubbs, Camryn Goode; sisters, Mary Ashford, Connie Adams Ina Tracy; brother, Oscar Reed and sister-in-law Diane Reed; special nieces Nora Cady and Melinda Hitt.

Nell was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Grubbs; brother, Forest Reed.
