Oleta Jenkins

Private services for Veda Oleta Jenkins, age 90 of Sulphur Springs, will be held at Seymore Cemetery.

Oleta passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 at Carriage House Manor.

She was born on October 9, 1925, the daughter of Arthur James and Louveda (Clayton) Jenkins in Seymore Community. She worked for General Motors and was a member of Seymore Church of Christ.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Doris Jenkins of Sulphur Springs; niece Sharon Jenkins and spouse Kathy Nichols of Sulphur Springs, niece Randa Gaddis and spouse Donny and their children, of Sulphur Springs; and nephew Randy Jenkins and spouse Vickie and their children, of Sulphur Springs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving companion, Ben Whitley; brother James R. Jenkins, sisters Helen L. Jenkins and Dr. Arlene Jenkins; and niece Kathy Jenkins.
