Rebecca Ratliff

Funeral services for Rebecca L. Ratliff, age 87 of Cumby will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Cumby Cemetery with Josh George, Todd Higginbotham, Eric Higginbotham, Mark McDaniel, Dale Cameron and Douglas Cameron serving as pallbearers.

Ms. Ratliff passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Hico, TX on October 11, 1927, the daughter of Albert and Martha Creel Anderson. She was married to Lloyd B. Ratliff for fifty-three years before his death in 1994. They were married on September 6, 1941 in Brady, TX.

Survivors include: daughter, Martha J. Ratliff Gaines and husband, Kenneth of Cumby; grandchildren, Donna George and husband, Mark of Brashear, Deborah Cameron and husband, Buddy of West Tawakoni and Paula Teague of McAlester, OK; great-grandchildren, Josh George and wife, Tega, Rebecca McDaniel and husband, Mark, Todd Higginbotham, Eric Higginbotham, Crystal Teague, Bradley Teague, Dale Cameron and wife, Michelle and Douglas Cameron and wife, Kristel; great-great-grandchildren, Cason George, Bryson Kennedy, Gracie Teague, Charlie Teague, Luke Cameron and Brant Cameron.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Lloyd E. Ratliff; four brothers and two sisters.
