Shauna Mercer

A graveside service for Shauna Mercer, age 43, of Mt. Pleasant, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2010, at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Jerry Mercer officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Thursday, June 17, 2010, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Shauna Mercer passed away Sunday morning, June 13, 2010 at Villa Residential Nursing Home in Mt. Pleasant. She was born in Canyon, on June 27, 1967, the daughter of Jerry Mercer and Myrna (Maple) Mercer. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include: her father, Jerry Mercer and wife, Wanda, of Sulphur Springs; brother, Craig Mercer & wife, Miriam, of Tyler; two stepsisters, Wendy Wagley and Debra Altenbaumer; two nieces, Maggie Mercer and Annie Mercer, both of Tyler; uncle, Frank Mercer and wife, Verdia, of Weatherford and special friend, Danny Ingram of Mt. Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her mother, uncle and aunt, Eugene and Ada Vee Reeves.
