Steve Amaya

Funeral services for Steve Amaya, age 26, of Dike, will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Sumday, January 23, 2011, with Rev. Cecil Dodd officiating. Interment will follow at Old Tarrant Cemetery, with Wiley Martin, Paul Patterson, Scott Price, Jimmy Thompson, Blake Henry and Russell Dulude serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Steve Amaya passed away at his residence, Thursday morning, January 20, 2011. He was born in Dallas on February 12, 1984, the son of Lee Amaya and Linda (Martin) Amaya.

Survivors include: mother, Linda Napier of Dike; father, Lee Amaya of Dallas; brother, Shawn Amaya of Tennessee and grandmother, Mary Martin of Sulphur Springs.
