Tim Choate

Tim Choate, age 57 of Mineola, Texas passed away on March 2, 2023 at Christus Mother Frances – Sulphur Springs.

Tim was born on December 31, 1965, in Lubbock, Texas to Floyd Leo and Linda (Graves) Choate. He married Elva Naomi Smith. Tim worked as a metal fabricator. He loved to fish and loved Jesus. Tim was a man of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi; daughters, Amber Hawkins and husband, Billy, Krystal Choate and husband, Rob; sons, Matthew Choate and wife, Amanda, Kasey Choate and wife, Angela; grandchildren, Hailee, Katelynn, Chole, Hannah, Malia, Kolton, Destiny, Samual and Brittany; sister, Natalie Choate and Tracey Choate; brother, Charles Choate; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles that he loved greatly.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Cody.
