Graveside services for T.L. Edwards, age 70, of Sulphur Springs , will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Arbala Cemetery with Bro. B.J. Teer officiating. Mickey Honeycutt, Ray Cheshire, Wallace, Scott Thurman, Derrick Shadwick, and Ronald Coleman will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. t11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

T.L. Edwards passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at V.A. Hospital in Dallas. He was born in Sulphur Springs on January 16, 1941 the son of Ollie and Jewell Fisher Edwards. He married Martha Petross in Sulphur Springs on July 6, 1964. She preceded him in death. He served in the United States Air Force and was of the Baptist faith. He also served in law enforcement in Benbrook, Texas as Deputy Sheriff.

Survivors include: sister, Wanda Faye Vance of Dallas; four nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by: parents; son, Mitchell Edwards; brother, Miller D. Edwards.
