Velina Earnheart

Funeral services for Velina A. Earnheart, age 67, of Cumby, will be conducted at Miller Grove Methodist Church at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 26, 2010. Interment will follow at Miller Grove Cemetery, with Mrs. Earnheart's grandsons and members of her family serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Velina A. Earnheart passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Dallas on June 14, 1942, the daughter of Oney Artimus Clifton and Martha Ladonia (Dering) Clifton. She married James Ray Earnheart in Dallas on November 23, 1973; he survives. Mrs. Earnheart was an accountant and homemaker. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Other survivors include: daughter, Kimberly E. Squires of Cumby; grandsons, Daygan Squires, Nicholas Hooten, Matthew Cooper; great-granddaughters, Natalie Hooten and Haylee Hooten; brother, Jerry Clifton of Dallas; two sisters, Pamela Bolin of Mt. Vernon and Deanne DeVlught of Grand Saline and her father. She was preceded in death by her mother. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
