Vicki Milligan

Vicki Milligan, age 75, of Port Neches, Texas, surrounded by her family, peacefully passed away at Hopkins Court Assisted Living in Sulphur Springs, Texas, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Vicki Milligan was born on September 5, 1950, in Du Quoin, Illinois, to the late Cecil and Ferne Milligan. She married James Roberts in Goleta, California, on February 14, 2007. Vicki worked for defense contractor Lockheed Martin in both Florida and California. Vicki was an avid animal lover and especially loved her Cocker Spaniels Daisy, Daffodil, Sassafras Tea, Bailey, and Rusty.

Vicki is survived by her spouse, James Roberts, her sister Cindy Campbell, brother-in-law Bob Campbell, nephews Rod Campbell (Karen), Matthew Campbell (Angela Gae), Aaron Campbell, niece Wendy Miller (Edgar), grandnephew John Campbell (Megan), grandniece Sarah Delee (Caleb) and four great grandnieces Lilah, Mila, Vivian and Josephine.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Ferne Milligan.

The family would also like to offer its sincerest gratitude to the staff of Hopkins Court Assisted Living Facility and Choice Hospice for the wonderful loving care they gave to Vicki.
