Wendy Shivers

Wendy Shivers, age 68, of Winnsboro, TX passed away at her home in Winnsboro, TX on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Wendy Lee Shivers was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 16, 1956 to Bob Kranz and Nancy (Schlaprizzi) Hoffman.  She married James “Jim” Kevin Shivers in Winnsboro, TX on February 3, 2007.  Wendy worked in the medical field for over 20 years.  Over the years, she touched many lives and made several life-long friendships doing a job she dearly loved.  Wendy was an animal lover to the core.  Her animal family included a horse, donkeys, parrots, several reptiles, and dogs.  She had a special place in her heart for all her beloved animals.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Shivers, and stepmother, Margie Kranz.

Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Bob Kranz.
