Dorothy Wise

Memorial service for Dorothy Jean Wise, age 86, of O’Fallon, MO will be held at 2:00p.m. Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Clifton Wise officiating. Interment will follow at Miller Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Wise passed away Monday morning, April 6, 2020, at her residence in O’Fallon, MO.

Dorothy Jean (Hamlet) Sene Wise was born July 1, 1933 in Glendale, TN to Garnett H. Hamlet and Brownie Louise (Moore) Hamlet Fox.  During her working years, she was a waitress at various restaurants in Florida and Texas.  She married Walter L. Sene on March 3, 1956.  She married Cletus F. Wise on October 31, 1968.  She was a follower of Christ and attended Waypoint Church in St. Charles, MO.

She is survived by her sons, Clifton F. Wise and wife, Liz, of O’Fallon, MO; and Michael L. Sene and wife, Carolyn, of Rural Hall, NC; grandchildren, Kiersten M. Wise and Collin F. Wise, of O’Fallon, MO, sister, MaryJo Poole Weathers and husband, Wayne, of Alabaster, AL; and brother, Bert Creasey and wife, Carolyn, of Lake Placid, FL.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Christopher S. Sene; and sisters, Garlene Killian and Margaret Sue Skipper.
