Julius Wayne Smith, 80, of Texarkana passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at the Clyde Cosper Veterans Home in Bonham. He was born in Cookville, July 25, 1931, the son of J. D. Smith and Grossie Golden Walker Smith. He married Martha Gardner; she survives. He was an insurance agent and served in the United States Navy.
